This hat is so easy!  One yard of 60" wide knit fabric will make 16 hats, 4 across and 4 down if you lay them out end to end.  Sew hats with a one quarter inch seam using a sewing machine or serger.  If you do sew on a sewing machine that hat will have more stretch if you use your smallest zigzag stitch.  Sew up the sides and top,  right sides together (you can add a 1/4" wide, 10" long piece of ribbon fold in half in the seam for a bow on top if you desire).  Fold up the bottom edge 2 and 1/2 " to form cuff and sew around the edge (up 2 and 1/4 inches from the bottom of the hat).  Turn hat right side out and fold up cuff 1 inch.  Cute and only takes about 10 minutes start to finish!
